Chai Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is a such a delicious way to start the day, a filling snack, and very frequently made with the most boring of flavours.

This recipe is a mixture of all of the best parts of a chai latte but in the form of delicious and nutritious food.

Chia seeds have so many wonderful health benefits and hold a lot of dietary fiber that can power you through a whole day.


This recipe does require that you have some sort of chai spice mix or latte powder, but here's a reason greater than a delicious homemade chai latte, to go out and get yourself some. You won't regret it.


Ingredients-

1 tbsp of chai spice mix/ latte powder

1/2 cup of your milk of choice (I use a canned coconut liquid for chia pudding because it adds a nice flavor and texture)

2 tbsps of chia seeds

1 tbsp of silan, maple syrup, honey or agave syrup


Instructions-

- Mix everything together and let the mixture sit in the fridge for about two hours or overnight

- Serve with fruit, nuts and anything other toppings of choice!
